Armenian blogger: Rejoicing over earthquake in Azerbaijan great disgrace
Armenian blogger Vahe Agajnanyan has said that rejoicing over the earthquake in Azerbaijan is a great disgrace.
"When there is an earthquake in Azerbaijan and a large mass of Armenian society is happy about it, it is not a manifestation of patriotism, but a manifestation of poverty and complete ignorance," Agajnanyan wrote on his Facebook page, Caliber.Az reports.
"People who saw the 1988 earthquake and felt this catastrophe on their own skin cannot be so low. I sincerely hope that this layer is a minority in society.
The earthquake in Azerbaijan is not God's punishment, but seismic activity in the region, which we do not need the most, because if Azerbaijan can more or less withstand such a catastrophe, we do not have the resources to get out from under it," the blogger writes.
