Azerbaijan continues clearing Karabakh of weapons and ammunition

The Azerbaijani Interior Ministry has released information regarding the quantities of weapons and ammunition discovered in recently liberated regions during the past week.

According to the department's press service, Caliber.Az reported that between May 25 and 31, law enforcement officers confiscated 41 automatic rifles, 6 pistols, 8 shotguns, 45 grenades, 5 shells, 60 fuses, 125 ammunition magazines, 16,323 cartridges of different calibers, 29 bayonet knives, 4 communication devices, and other ammunition from the area of Khankendi city.

Furthermore, in the Khojaly and Khojavand districts, a total of 2 automatic rifles, 57 grenades, 9 shells, 22 fuses, 56 ammunition magazines, and 9,560 rounds of various calibers were discovered and seized.
