Azerbaijan to hold Int'l Folklore Festival in May 2023

Azerbaijan will hold International Folklore Festival Kharibulbul in May 2023, APA reports.

Meanwhile, Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed an order approving the action plan for declaring the city of Shusha the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2023.

The Culture Ministry was designated as the coordinating body for the implementation of events.

The activities envisaged in the plan will be financed from funds allocated to the relevant executive authorities from the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023 and other sources not prohibited by law.

This order comes into force from the date of its signing.
