Azerbaijani PM meets with Sheikh of Dubai

Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov has met with the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Emir of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Report was told in the Cabinet of Ministers that the meeting highlighted the role of President Ilham Aliyev's January visit to the UAE in the light of developing relations between the two countries.

The significance of the World Government Summit in Dubai was noted and satisfaction was expressed that Azerbaijan was represented at the event at a high level.

The sides underlined relations between Azerbaijan and the UAE as developing both in a bilateral format and within the framework of international institutions. 

The prospects for cooperation between Azerbaijan and the UAE in various fields were also discussed.
