Civilian killed in mine explosion in liberated Jabrayil

A shepherd was killed in a landmine explosion that occurred in Jojug Marjanli village of Jabrail district on May 1.

The incident occurred in an area that was not cleared of mines, Report informs, citing the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) and the Interior Ministry.

Ogtay Alishov (born in 1964), a cattle breeder from Gazakhlar village of Fuzuli region, crossed to an area not cleared of mines and died as a result of an antitank mine explosion.
