Macron, Pashinyan discuss South Caucasus security

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and French President Emmanuel Macron have discussed issues of strengthening security in the South Caucasus during a meeting on the sidelines of the 18th summit of the International Organisation of la Francophonie in Tunis.
Macron and Pashinyan exchanged ideas on the results of the quadrilateral meeting of the leaders of Armenia, France, Azerbaijan and the EU Council president, which took place in Prague in October, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Armenian media.
"The importance of implementing steps to strengthen stability and security in the South Caucasus was stressed," the message reads.
In addition, the heads of the two countries discussed the development of bilateral Armenian-French cooperation.
