Most Georgians say they don't trust any party - MP

The majority of Georgians do not trust any political force in the state, opposition MP Khatia Dekanoidze said.

Caliber.Az reports with reference to Georgian First Channel that according to her this is the reason behind the country's politicians' hesitance in their statements.

"Some 61% of the population don't trust any party, including the opposition, because we have such hesitations. We say one thing in the morning and another in the evening. I think this story is very sad," Dekanoidze said.

According to the opposition MP, the matter is about the appeal of the leader of the biggest opposition party United National Movement Levan Khabeishvili to the President of Georgia to convene an extraordinary sitting of the Parliament on April 10, which was later recalled by the party.

"It was a huge embarrassment and a really ridiculous situation for the opposition. We had different information in the morning, we heard different information in the evening," Dekanoidze stressed.
