Park after Azerbaijan's national hero opens in Türkiye PHOTO

A park named after the National Hero of Azerbaijan Polad Hashimov has been opened in the Kocaeli city of Türkiye.

Azerbaijan's Ambassador to the country Rashad Mammadov shared the relevant information on Facebook on November 14, APA reports.

“With the joint organization of the International Center for the Study of Socio-Political Processes, the Izmit Municipality and the House of Culture named after Heydar Aliyev, the opening of the park named after the National Hero-Martyr Major General Polad Hashimov took place,” he wrote.

Representatives of the office of the military attache at the embassy also took part in the park's opening.
