Resettlement to Shusha to begin in late 2023

The resettlement of Shusha residents will begin at the end of next year, with the initial stage covering 2,500 people.

Aydin Karimov, special representative of Azerbaijan’s President in Shusha Region, made the announcement during the National Urban Planning Forum on October 6, Report informs.

“We must be prepared for the return of the population. Starting next year, we will work on employment in the social and tourism sectors,” said Karimov.
