SOCAR starts exporting gas to Croatia

On September 1, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) began gas supplies to Croatia.
The successful cooperation between the governments of Azerbaijan and Croatia resulted in the supply of Azerbaijani gas to Croatia through the PPD company and the MET Group, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.
The company noted that the start of supplies further strengthens Azerbaijan's role as a reliable energy partner.
The event underlines SOCAR's commitment to diversifying energy sources for Europe and strengthening the continent's energy security.
Croatia became the tenth country to receive Azerbaijani gas, along with Türkiye, Georgia, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Serbia and Slovenia.
