Azerbaijani & Estonian foreign ministers discuss regional cooperation, peace process
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov held a telephone conversation with Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna, as reported by the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
During the call, the ministers discussed bilateral and multilateral cooperation, current regional developments, and the normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Caliber.Az reports.
Bayramov shared insights on the prospects for normalizing relations with Armenia, recent steps to ensure regional peace and stability, and efforts to build trust between the two countries. Despite challenges, he highlighted the significant potential for achieving real progress in the peace process.
Additionally, Bayramov emphasized the emerging opportunities for cooperation with Estonia in energy transition under Azerbaijan's chairmanship of COP29.
