Spokesperson: Türkiye supports lasting peace between Azerbaijan, Armenia

Turkish National Defence Ministry's spokesman Zeki Akturk has said that Türkiye supports efforts to ensure lasting peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

The head of the ministry's press service made the remarks at a weekly briefing, Caliber.Az reports, citing the ministry's page on the social network X.

“We reiterate that we support our Azerbaijani brothers in their legitimate cause under the motto of 'one nation, two states', and support efforts to establish permanent peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia for the stability of the Caucasus region,” the statement said.
