Türkiye launches nationwide operation against ISIL, dozens detained VIDEO
In a counter-terrorism operation across Türkiye, authorities have detained 39 individuals suspected of having ties to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), the Turkish Interior Minister announced.
According to a statement shared by Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya on social media platform X, coordinated raids were carried out in 18 provinces as part of the ongoing crackdown on terrorist activity within the country, Caliber.Az reports.

The suspects are accused of actively operating within ISIL’s network, allegedly engaging in propaganda efforts and providing financial support to the extremist group.
“The suspects were found to have been disseminating ISIL propaganda through their social media accounts and supplying financial resources to the organization,” Yerlikaya stated. “During the raids, a significant number of organizational documents and digital materials were seized.”
