US professor calls on USAID head to review situation in Karabakh objectively

Brenda Shaffer, professor at the Center for Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies at Georgetown University has criticized Administrator of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) Samantha Power regarding her post on her meetings with Armenians who voluntarily left Azerbaijan’s Karabakh region.
