BP vows to end Central East Azeri platform construction in 2022

The construction of the Central East Azeri platform is planned to be completed this year.

The statement came from Vice President of Caspian Communications and External Affairs at BP Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli during the event on the "Cybersecurity economy: Reforms, innovative approaches and decisions," Trend reports.

He said that this platform is one of the modern ones that will be equipped with the latest technologies and is capable of working uninterruptedly under any weather conditions.

"Also, all our pipelines are provided with cutting-edge technologies that automated the work process. Digital solutions are used in BP and in production processes, including in ensuring the physical security of our company," Aslanbayli said.

He emphasised that BP aims to increase the awareness of its employees about cybersecurity.

"Each employee of large companies is obliged to undergo appropriate training," the vice-president added.
