Azerbaijani, Russian FMs sign Inter-Ministerial Consultations Plan

Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Russia Jeyhun Bayramov and Sergei Lavrov signed the Inter-Ministerial Consultations Plan for 2023-2024 following the bilateral meeting in Moscow on December 5.

The meeting also included a postage stamp issuance ceremony dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Russia, Report informs.
