Indonesia issues special stamp to honour Year of Shusha

At the initiative of the Azerbaijani embassy in Indonesia, this country's state postal company has issued a special postage stamp in honour of the "Year of the City of Shusha", which is being celebrated this year in Azerbaijan.

On the postage stamp, the words "The Year of the City of Shusha - 2022" are written in Indonesian. The stamp also features President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijani soldiers, and liberated lands, including the Shusha Fortress, Trend reports.

Under the agreement reached between the Indonesian state postal company and the embassy, the stamp will be put into circulation in the country's central and regional post offices in May.

This postage stamp aroused great interest among the country's philatelists.
