Official social media platforms for World Urban Forum in Baku go live

The official social media platforms for the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) — set to take place in Baku in 2026 — have officially gone live.

The initiative aims to engage both local and international audiences by sharing updates on preparations for the world’s premier event on sustainable urban development, as well as highlighting ongoing projects connected to the forum, Caliber.Az reports.

The World Urban Forum is expected to bring together government representatives, municipal leaders, private sector participants, civil society organizations, youth, academia, and international institutions from across the globe to exchange ideas and foster cooperation on urban sustainability and development strategies.

The 13th edition of the forum will run from May 17 to 22, 2026, marking a significant milestone for Azerbaijan as host of one of the UN’s most prominent global gatherings.
