Armenia breaks off talks with Azerbaijan Farhad Mammadov's list
Azerbaijani political analyst Farhad Mammadov has provided a list of demarches of the Armenian authorities that lead to the breakdown of negotiations with Baku.
Mammadov made the remarks on his Telegram channel, Caliber.Az reports.
"Armenia, in violation of paragraph 4 of the trilateral statement of November 10, 2020, did not withdraw the remnants of its armed forces from Karabakh.
• Armenia has disrupted the deadlines for the execution of paragraph 4 of the trilateral statement of January 11, 2021, on unblocking communications (March 1, 2021).
• Armenia is disrupting the implementation of paragraph 9 of the trilateral statement of November 10, 2020, refusing to guarantee "unhindered" communications between the western regions of Azerbaijan and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
• Armenia does not provide coordinates of mass graves of Azerbaijanis killed in Karabakh, and refuses to provide information about the fate of thousands of Azerbaijanis captured during the First Karabakh War of the early 1990s of the 20th century.
• Armenia is sabotaging UNESCO's activities by not agreeing to monitor the state of Azerbaijani cultural heritage in Armenia.
• Armenia does not provide the coordinates of the highway along the Zangazur corridor (although there was a statement of consent to the highway last year) and does not begin the construction of the railway.
• Armenia has disrupted the deadline of Charles Michel's April Brussels statement on the formation of commissions on the border and the peace treaty (by the end of April).
• Armenia has demonstrated with its "six principles" and "raising the topic of status" that it is not going to give up territorial claims to Azerbaijan.
• And here's the last thing – Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said that Armenia has already disrupted the meeting of the border commission twice.
But we are approaching the psychological bar of 10 points," Mammadov wrote.
