Azerbaijan develops new heavy machine gun

At the “SPECA Countries Exhibition: Regional Cooperation for Sustainable Development,” Azerbaijan is demonstrating a new heavy machine gun.

Minister of Defence Industry Vugar Mustafayev said while informing President Ilham Aliyev about Azerbaijan’s stand, Caliber.Az reports.

According to him, the exhibition presents various types of small arms, close combat weapons, mortars, ammunition of various calibers, unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as the new AN-12.7 heavy machine gun. In total, the exhibition showcases 88 types of defence products made at enterprises of the Defence Industry Ministry.
